Project Overview: The new Guangzhou Library is one of the key construction projects and cultural benefits for the people in Guangzhou. Located in the new city center of Guangzhou, the Huacheng Square, known as the "City Living Room", is located at the intersection of the new central axis of the city and the ancient the Pearl River River, facing the highest tower in China today - the Guangzhou Tower, forming a cultural community with the surrounding Guangdong Provincial Museum, Guangzhou Grand Theater, and the Second Children's Palace of Guangzhou, becoming the cultural window of Guangzhou.
